Church school classes are offered for 3 - 5 years old, 6 - 8 years old, 9 - 11 years old and 12 - 14 years old at the elementary level. Like all other church school classes, our elementary department uses the Seasons of the Spirit curriculum. Following the RCL (Revised Common Lectionary), the Seasons curriculum exposes children of all ages to the depth, breadth, and importance of the Bible. FPC has been so blessed by how the children have interacted with and reacted to the Seasons curriculum. Contrary to persistent belief, children have the ability to grasp "deep" concepts and be shaped by them. Seasons has proven that. Through it all, we learn about why the Bible matters to us today. May God continue to work in their hearts during these very crucial years.
